The company

Illustrerad Teknik AB was founded in 1993 by a team of six owners and at that time was part of Illtek information AB. In 2005, the former co-owners were bought out and Mario Salutskij became the sole owner of the company.

Illustrerad Teknik AB is part of a number of network groups, which means that we can increase our capacity quickly if so required, and that we're able to offer a wide range of  specialist skills (3D modelling, animation, art directors, copywriters, translators, etc.).

We dare to promise professional, cost-effective solutions for your technical information. We're able to make this promise as a result of more than 20 years of experience and with the aid of modern equipment and the very latest software (CorelDRAW, Photoshop, PowerPoint, PageMaker, InDesign and Acrobat). All our material is supplied in digital format by
e-mail or FTP, or on CD.

It's often better to start off with an image and supplement it with any text you might need, rather than describing something in words and illustrating anything that's hard to put into words.

With accreditation from the FTI Föreningen teknisk information (Swedish Society on Technical Communication) and membership of Illustratörcentrum, we're able to guarantee the quality of assignments carried out by Illustrerad Teknik AB.

• Don't bog down your readers with unnecessary information - they'll already have their hands full with the things they really need to deal with.
• The user's need for knowledge needs to be met. Not the needs of the information officer to pass on that information.
• The information officer has to be able to freely select the most effective means of expression, given the intended recipients and targets.
• The medium is not the message.
• The information officer is responsible for making sure that the intended recipients understand the message.
• There are often many ways in which to resolve an information problem - rarely is one solution right and all the others wrong.
• The information officer must not implement irrelevant, subjective requirements for changes in the information.
• The information officer should make changes in the information only if doing so enhances its effectiveness.
• Expressing yourself simply is anything but unintelligent.
• The information officer has to be aware of the legal and moral aspects of his or her work.
